Akito Yoshioka

Akito, aka “Yoshi“, who has fully experienced in Japanese cuisine for about 20 years in Tokyo, California and Hawaii. He moved to America with his family in 1998 and has worked as an executive chef for hotels at Waikiki until he opened up his own in Kailua.

 Yoshi is one of a chef who is versatile, yet striving to be perfect in his diverse menu,he also loves to make delicious and creative desserts such as his original Tempura Ice,Green Tea Cheese Cake, and Home-made Shiratama Zenzai.
His recent Desserts, Sake Cheese Cake and Sake Crème Brûlée are another hits.
Yoshi currently lives in Kailua town with his family.

 

Dining- in area capacity up to 50 people. Lanai area about 15 people.
Bar side up to 6 people.
Large Party available -Reservation required.

Dress Code

Casual, shirt and footwear required.
